At Wind Pimp, we have develped a high-performance wingskate from the ice up. Finally, after countless hours of developing, building, and testing, we have designed the perfect wingskate.
Wind Pimp high-performance model wingskates (12"x40") are outfitted with primo MBS Matrix III trucks. Our boards are made from responsibly-sourced hard rock sugar maple and are available in 7ply - 10ply, depending on rider weight. Our decks are topped with traction foam, which will not allow ice or slush to form and provides excellent traction. Our boards are designed to be ridden strapless and include a safety leash to prevent runaway boards.
Wind Pimp blades are 100% 304L stainless steel, laser cut, and CNC machined for precision alignment. Every blade also includes our unique mechanical blade stopper. Not one blade shape will be perfect for all ice conditions, but we have perfected an incredibly versatile blade that works well on all ice conditions. Coming soon, more blade designs will be available exclusively for "hard ice" and "soft ice."
Our blades work with any board that has 12 mm axles, but we reccomend buying our wingskates, as Wind Pimp blades were designed for Wind Pimp boards.
